The Boot Room
In the far corner of Studley Royal deer park, The Boot Room is our newest hideaway. Once used as part of an outbuilding by the estate gamekeepers, it has been converted into a compact holiday cottage. Inside, the cottage has been designed for practical comfort with a basic kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Its location on Fountains Estate makes it the perfect base for two people on a walking break.
Standing proud in the heart of the deer park, this impressive Burges masterpiece with its sumptuous interiors makes for a really special stay.
Inside the elegant 16th century Hall, our two stylish apartments have wonderful views across the Skell valley.
