The farmhouse is brimming with character, style and the odd creak and groan, but then it is over 600 years old! Quality and comfort – perfect for a rural break away. Just 3 miles West of Ripon, in lovely countryside, close to Fountains Abbey & Studley Royal World Heritage Site. Newby Hall, Ripley Castle, Markenfield Hall, the Himalayan Garden and Harrogate are all within a 20-minute drive. Good choice of country inns and restaurants within nearby.

Relaxed and welcoming it’s a place to unwind and enjoy superb bed and breakfast accommodation. Yummy breakfasts with lots of choice and local produce; fresh eggs laid by our hens, home-made jams made with fruit from the garden, marmalade and honey from our bees. There are 4 super-comfy ensuite double/twin rooms, 2 on the ground floor, with either super king or twin beds and countryside views of the farm. Each has a TV, easy chairs or sofa, fridge, fresh milk, refreshments tray, home-made shortbread or flapjack, hairdryer and fresh flowers. Free WiFi and car parking on site.
