In 1571, William Slingsby discovered the unique properties of the natural spring water from Harrogate’s Tewit Well. Since then, his discovery has brought visitors to the picturesque North Yorkshire town to restore body, mind and soul by relaxing, indulging and socialising. Slingsby seeks to capture the ‘Spirit of Harrogate’ and deliver it in a bottle for you to enjoy.
The range is crafted using locally sourced botanicals, water drawn from the world-famous Harrogate aquifer, pure single grain spirit and a handful of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world.
Here are two very different and delicious recipes to get you started with expert video tuition. Please enjoy them responsibly.
EY UP PETAL
- 25ml Slingsby London Dry Gin
- 12.5ml Hibiscus Syrup
- 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- Rose Lemonade
Add the gin, hibiscus syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and fine strain into a coupe glass. Top with Rose Lemonade.
RHUBARB AND RASPBERRY GIN MULE
- 50ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin
- 1/2 lime chopped into quarters
- 6 raspberries
- 4 mint leaves
- Ginger beer
Muddle the limes and raspberries in a tall glass,
then add gin, mint and half fill the glass with ice.
Top with ginger beer, stir thoroughly and garnish
with a mint sprig and fresh raspberries.
