Visit Flanders will Visit Corner Haus with other special guests for the UCI World Championships

Belgian Café Bar, Corner Haus, on Swan road will be adopting a Flanders identity for the World Championships this month when they host Visit Flanders, All Things Ride & Rouleur for a week of themed activities to celebrate the racing.

The star events will feature Belgian cycling legend ‘The Lion of Flanders’ Johan Museeuw. The former World Champion will be leading three exclusive rides to see the racing action. There is also a hosted Q&A evening with the man himself on Saturday 28th September.

Corner Haus is the perfect place to host Visit Flanders with a race side location on two of the key sections on the finishing circuit with a range of Belgian beers on tap. Owner Isla Birch told us about her plans for the week of the Championships. "I'm very excited to working with Visit Flanders, All Things Ride & Rouleur and cant wait until the events to unfold. We're expecting a busy week during the Worlds with the crowds, events, rides and races and The Corner Haus has the perfect location in central Harrogate. Drop in any time!"

The riding and activities have been organised by Moray Tuach, Founder of All Things Ride who found his perfect venue in Corner Haus.  "We wanted the best location for seeing the racing action and had been asked by Visit Flanders to look for somewhere that would fit in with them. The Corner Haus ticks all these boxes and we are massively excited to be involved in all the activites."

In addition to events with Johan Museeuw, Corner Haus will be hosting a beer tasting night on Friday 27th September and will be showing all the racing throughout the week.
