Reassure your customers that you’re ‘Good to Go’

To support you as you work towards re-opening and welcoming customers, Visit England have launched a free UK-wide industry standard and consumer mark called ‘We’re Good To Go’.

This now means that tourism businesses are able to demonstrate that they:

  • Are adhering to Government and Public Health guidance
  • Have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment
  • Have checked they have the required processes in place

The ‘We’re Good to Go’ industry standard and consumer mark provides:

  • Reassurance for your customers
  • Is free to join
  • Open to all tourism businesses

It has been launched in partnership with Tourism Northern Ireland, Visit Scotland and Visit Wales to provide a ring of confidence for businesses, attractions and destinations as well as reassurance to local residents and visitors that clear processes are in place and that as a business you are ‘Good To Go’.

To obtain the ‘We’re Good to Go’ COVID-19 industry standard and consumer mark, you will need to complete the self-assessment form at https://goodtogo.visitbritain.com It includes a check-list confirming that all the necessary processes in place, you will then receive a certification and the ‘We’re Good To Go’ mark to display at your premises and online.

An alert system has also been set up to ensure that businesses signed up to ‘We’re Good To Go’ are notified if there are changes to the official guidance. A call-handling service will provide support and assessors will also carry-out random spot-checks to ensure businesses are adhering to the guidance.
