Ripon Leisure Centre & Gym
Ripon leisure centre can be found on the south side of Ripon, a brisk 15 minute walk or short car journey from the market place.
Ripon Leisure Centre and Brimhams Ripon is now open to members only due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Comprising of Brimhams Fitness Centre Ripon, a full sizes sports hall, and arts / conference space, meeting rooms, crèche and outdoor pitches, you won’t be short of something to do.
Throughout the week our Sports Hall is available either as a whole for 5 a side football or indoor crickets nets or as a court for Badminton or table tennis, contact reception for availability on 01765 601353.
New Ripon pool and leisure centre refurbishment project
The construction of the new Ripon pool and refurbishment of Ripon Leisure Centre is under way and scheduled to be completed in summer 2021.
During this time Ripon Leisure Centre will remain open as usual. A temporary entrance and car park is now located at the rear of the building, accessed from Knaresborough Road. There will also be some changes to fitness classes and rooms whilst the leisure centre is being refurbished.

If our fitness suite doesn’t tempt you then our fitness studio timetable covering all class styles, from Calorie burn, conditioning, Mind/body relaxation and Water aerobics will as we are sure that there is something for everyone. Full details can be found on our website. These sessions are open to members and non-members and are booked in advance through reception on 01765 601353.
Our sports development programme allows us to deliver a number of coaching course we currently run weekly session in football and gymnastics. Contact reception for more details.
We have a number of meeting room space available for hire, so if you are looking for space for a meeting, full blown stage show or a seminar we are sure we will have the space for you, Contact reception for more details.
