With over 100 gins to choose from to sample throughout the sessions including the full Slingsby Gin range and a variety of tonics to match, the expert team of mixologists will guide you through the history and evolution of gin in the Spirit of Gin experience and help you identify your preferred style, before making your very own personalised bottle in the Master Distiller sessions.

Spirit of Gin - £45 per person

Sit back with a Slingsby G&T in hand while the experts take you through the fascinating history of gin. The Spirit of Harrogate team will take you right back to the original styles of gin, tell you all about the misery of the London gin craze through to how the spirit has developed today. Throughout the session you will sample a number of serves from the award-winning Slingsby range or choose from a selection of other great gins on the bar.

Master Distiller - £85 per person

An expert mixologist will guide you through a tasting session to discover your preferred style of gin and the one you would like to make during the session. From Juniper, Citrus, Spice, Floral, Herbal and Fruit flavours, Spirit of Harrogate will ensure that you go home with a bottle of gin you will enjoy and be proud to share with friends and family.

You will select your botanicals with guidance, distil on one of the mini copper stills and bottle with your very own personalised label to take home. Throughout, you will also try a selection of gins from the award-winning Slingsby range.

Master Distiller sessions are running on Fridays & Saturdays at 3:30pm with some Thursday sessions at 7pm also available. The Spirit of Gin experiences runs Fridays & Saturdays at 7pm with some Thursday sessions at 7pm also available.
