UPDATE:

General: Where possible please maintain a minimum of 1m distancing and please use the hand sanitiser in reception when entering the building. At the Grafton we are following cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with government guidance. Unnecessary paperwork, literature and folders have been removed from communal areas. Our lounge bar is only permitted to take a maximum of 4 guests. Stairs & Corridors To avoid guests passing on the stairs or in the corridors, we will try to operate a one-way system. The Grafton has two sets of stairs, as you are facing the front of the property, the right side is for going up, the left side for down. Arrows facing up or down on the fire doors indicate the direction of the stairs. In case of an emergency any staircase can be used.

Bedrooms :Please wash your hands prior to leaving your room. For stays of 3 nights or less we will not be servicing your room, extra supplies are available in the breakfast room. Please call reception 0 or 223 if anything else is required. Extra toilet rolls and bin bags are in the cupboard under the bathroom sink. Please leave full bin bags in reception. All room brochures about the local area have been removed, however most of this information can be found at www.visitharrogate.co.uk & www.yorkshire.com. Also cushions & throws have been stored away to maintain cleanliness.

Breakfast: On check in you will be asked to choose an allocated time slot and also handed a breakfast order sheet, please return this to reception no later than 8pm the night before. Alternatively, please text/WhatsApp your options to 07818092333. We are reducing the number of guests in the breakfast room, please try to arrive on your allocated time and be mindful we will need your table vacated in reasonable time for the next guests. There will be table service only, no buffet. Please wash your hands or use the sanitiser at the breakfast room entrance before being seated by the waitress/er
